Can I wear the jewellery if I suffer from a skin condition? 

Our jewellery is crafted with finest quality of AAA grade cubic zirconia diamond simulants, high-quality 316L stainless steel & thick coating of 18k and 24k gold plating which does not contain any metal that widely causes allergic reactions & is nickel free which is recommended to be safe on the skin. However, our glass crystal beads, pearls & coloured beads collection contain different types of martials therefore we cannot advise or guarantee if this is suitable for people with skin conditions or those who suffer from allergic contact dermatitis as each skin type is different. If you have concerns, we recommend you speak with your healthcare provider before purchasing our items. 

Can I bathe or swim with the jewellery on? 

House of Belief has a wide range of jewellery, if you are looking for water-proof jewellery, please ensure you read the product description to ensure the item(s) you want to purchase are water-proof as not all our jewellery is water-resistant.

The Throne Collection can be exposed to water as it is crafted & designed to be 100% water-proof resistant.

For the jewellery that is not water-proof, we highly recommend you do not expose your jewellery to water or chemicals this will ensure a longer lifespan for your jewellery. 

Will my jewellery tarnish? 

House of Belief only use the finest & highest quality of AAA grade cubic zirconia diamond simulants, high-quality 316L stainless steel & thick coating of 18k and 24k gold plating this guarantees our jewellery to be tarnish & nickel free.

As long as you follow our care guide and recommendations your item(s) will not tarnish. You can find our care guide in the "After Care" section. 

Can I exchange my item? 

Yes, as long as the item has not be worn or used and is in original packaging with original tags, you have 14 days from purchase to exchange your item however please keep in mind that the shipping cost of the return will be at the customers expense. If the item is returned and not in original packaging and tags and it appears to be worn, scratched, damaged or used the exchange will be invalid and denied and the item will be sent back to the sender at the cost of the shipping rate at the customers expense. 

When will I expect to receive my order? 

All items are shipped from Sydney, NSW, Australia within 24-48 hours of orders being received. Please refer to our shipping section for further details on estimated arrival time. 

Do you ship internationally?

We sure do! We ship to Australia, New Zealand, United States, Canada & United Kingdom.
