Our jewellery is crafted using the finest quality AAA-grade cubic zirconia diamond simulants, high-quality 316L stainless steel, and a thick coating of 18k and 24k gold plating. These materials do not contain metals that are widely known to cause allergic reactions and are nickel-free, making them generally safe for most skin types.

However, our collections that include glass crystal beads, pearls, and coloured beads feature different materials. We cannot guarantee that these items will be suitable for individuals with skin conditions or those who suffer from allergic contact dermatitis, as reactions can vary depending on skin type. If you have concerns, we recommend consulting with your healthcare provider before purchasing our items.

Can I bathe or swim with the jewellery on?

House of Belief offers a wide range of jewellery. If you are looking for waterproof jewellery, please check the product description to ensure that the item(s) you wish to purchase are waterproof, as not all our jewellery is water-resistant.

The Throne Collection is specifically designed to be 100% waterproof and can be safely exposed to water.

For non-waterproof jewellery, we highly recommend avoiding exposure to water or chemicals to ensure the longevity of your pieces.

Will my jewellery tarnish?

House of Belief uses only the finest AAA-grade cubic zirconia diamond simulants, high-quality 316L stainless steel, and thick 18k and 24k gold plating, ensuring that our jewellery is tarnish- and nickel-free.

As long as you follow our care guide and recommendations, your jewellery will not tarnish. You can find our care guide in the "After Care" section of our website.

Can I exchange my item?

Yes, you can exchange an item as long as it is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with the original tags. You have 14 days from the purchase date to request an exchange. Please note that the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

If the item is returned without the original packaging and tags, or if it appears worn, scratched, damaged, or used, the exchange will be invalid. The item will be sent back to the customer at their expense.

Please note that sale and promotional items are excluded from exchanges.

When will I expect to receive my order?
