We love to keep all our customers 100% happy and satisfied with their purchases therefore, before we dispatch items we thoroughly check and re-assess items for any faults before it is dispatched to the customer. If you receive an item which is faulty, please report the fault within 3 days of receiving the item by email at houseofbelief@gmail.com.

All faults MUST be reported within 3 days of receiving the item.

Exchanges on a faulty item for the same item are accepted (SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY). 

No Refunds for Change of minds however If you wish to exchange your purchase due to change of mind you can do so as long as the item has not be worn or used and is in the original packaging with tags and is within 14 days of purchase. Please note shipping cost is charged to the customer for change of mind returns. If the item is returned and not in original packaging and tags and/or it appears to be worn, scratched, damaged or used the exchange will be invalid and denied and the item will be sent back to the sender at the cost of the shipping rate at the customers own expense. 

House of Belief is not liable or responsible for any damaged items or lost during transit. If you received your order damaged or if your order is missing, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. 

Please note that wear and tear of items will not be classified as faulty and therefore cannot be returned. Our items are 316L stainless steel & thick coating of 18k gold plating to ensure longevity. House of Belief has provided you with the correct care products ( Silver Polish Cloth and Jewellery box/pouch) however it is your responsibility and duty to look after your item(s) with the complimentary care products provided to you with your purchase.
