Refunds & Exchange Policy
At House of Belief, we are committed to ensuring 100% customer satisfaction with every purchase. Each item is thoroughly checked for quality and potential faults before dispatch. However, if you do receive a faulty item, we are here to help.
Faulty Items
All faults must be reported within 3 days of receiving the product. After this period, we cannot process exchanges for faulty items.
If you receive a faulty item, please report it within 3 days by emailing us at houseofbelief@gmail.com.
Exchanges for faulty items are accepted, subject to the availability of the same item.
Change of Mind Policy
We do not offer refunds for change of mind. However, we are happy to offer an exchange under the following conditions:
Eligibility for Exchange:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
- The exchange request must be made within 14 days of the delivery date.
- Sale and promotional items are excluded from exchanges.
Customer Responsibilities:
- Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the item and receiving the exchanged product.
Exchange Value:
- If the exchanged item is of higher value than the original purchase, the customer will be required to pay the difference directly to the company's business account. Please note that the exchanged item must be of equal or greater value than the original item.
Important
If the item is returned and does not meet the above conditions (e.g., is worn, scratched, damaged, or without packaging/tags), the exchange will be denied, and the item will be returned to the customer at their own shipping cost.
Shipping & Transit Responsibility
House of Belief is not responsible for any damage or loss that occurs during transit.
If your order arrives damaged or is missing, please contact the shipment carrier directly to file a claim.
Wear and Tear
Wear and tear is not considered a fault and is not eligible for return or exchange.
Our items are crafted from 316L stainless steel with a thick 18k gold plating to ensure durability and longevity.
We provide complimentary care products (such as a Silver Polish Cloth and Jewellery Box/Pouch) with your purchase. However, it is your responsibility to care for your items as outlined in the care instructions.
